- : I don't have a Radio Shack catalog handy to confirm this, but I know
- : in the past I've bought ready-made DIN-5 cables from RS. They don't

- I recall reading in a Midi book, to be careful not to use din-5 cables
- for Midi. Two things are possible here:
- a)using short leangths in the first connection may work ok as you say,
- however, if longer cables and multiple Midi keyboards were to be used
- things may change. Or perhaps not. When problems occur, suspect Din-5
- first.
- b)that the problem has not yet struck, I had found the author speaking
- from experiance, so take it for what it may be worth. :)
